You can customize your garment as you wish, for example, by suggesting a
color that is not in the catalog. Do not hesitate to ask me about it.
Some customization, which would require additional work, may entail an
extra cost.
I make your clothes on demand, in my workshop. Your orders are processed
as quickly as possible, generally within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the models and the workflow. You'll find the production time under all our products descriptions.
Simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, go to the cart page and enter your location; the shipping options and their costs will be displayed. Most of them include free shipping to US.
ATELIER SERRASPINA uses the Spanish STANDARD & PREMIUM Post service.
Registered Spanish STANDARD Post service delivers the package within 1 week inside the European territory, 2 weeks if you order from US & Canada.
The Premium service is much faster: please check the Shipping Express option at checkout.
Please, kindly note that shipments outside the EU sometimes might last a bit longer, due to the delays at customs. Those being beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays.

La jupe est de belle qualité et tombe parfaitement. Attention, prévoyez bien quelques centimètres de marge en calculant votre tour de taille, car les liens pour la nouer sont fins et risquent d'être inconfortables s'ils sont trop serrés ! Bonne communication. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Excellent item and customer service, fast overseas shipping. This skirt is gorgeous and of excellent quality, and I will definitely be purchasing another, though possibly a size up next time, or maybe a bit less pizza for a while. ❤️ Highly recommend!
