You can customize your garment as you wish, for example, by suggesting a
color that is not in the catalog. Do not hesitate to ask me about it.
Some customization, which would require additional work, may entail an
extra cost.
I make your clothes on demand, in my workshop. Your orders are processed
as quickly as possible, generally within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the models and the workflow. You'll find the production time under all our products descriptions.

ATELIER SERRASPINA uses the Spanish STANDARD & PREMIUM Post service.
Registered Spanish STANDARD Post service delivers the package within 1 week inside the European territory, 2 weeks if you order from US & Canada.
The Premium service is much faster: please check the Shipping Express option at checkout.
Please, kindly note that shipments outside the EU sometimes might last a bit longer, due to the delays at customs. Those being beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays.

This gown is perfect. Caroline communicated beautifully and made an adjustment to the waist to ensure the fit. I was stunned by how fast she was able to produce and ship this gown. Although it came from Spain, it arrived in Maine well in advance of the historical undergarments I ordered from a seller in the US and there were no additional fees. The colors are gorgeous, the attention to detail is meticulous, and I look forward to posting a picture to show her excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this seller!
